U.K. Shipping Information  

Order Confirmation 

• After you have placed an order with bbhugme you will receive a confirmation via email to the email-address provided at checkout. 
• You will receive additional emails with tracking information and updates on your order status 
• If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your promotions and spam folder before contacting customer service.    

Delivery Times 

We currently have a warehouse in Warwickshire that serves our customers residing within the United Kingdom.  

Orders for our customers residing within the United Kingdom are delivered via Royal Mail or Parcelforce and can take 2-5 business days for delivery. The courier is determined by a 3rd party logics warehouse, and we have no control over courier selection.

Shipping Costs 

Free shipping is available on all orders over £80 being delivered within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold can vary dependent on the items in your order and are determined by a 3rd party logics warehouse.  

Shipping rates: 
£ 0-45: From £ 5,50 
£ 46-79: From £ 9,50 
£ 80 and up: Free shipping 

VAT and other import taxes 

Please note that when ordering goods to be received outside the European Union, VAT is not applicable and thus the order's sales price will not be subject to VAT. 

When ordering to a country outside the European Union you may have to pay an extra tax/customs fee depending on the value/weight of your order. These duties are established by the country the goods are delivered into, and we at bbhugme do not have any influence over it.
