Returns & Warranty Policy
How to make a return
We offer a 30-day free trial and return policy for all products in the United Kingdom. Returns on both used and unused products apply only on orders placed directly with bbhugme on our online webshop.
1. Click here to submit a return request for the product you wish to return. Repeat the process if you have more than one item you wish to return. You can only submit a request for one product at a time.
2. Check your email. You will promptly receive a confirmation of your return request. Return requests submitted during weekends or public holidays will be reviewed on the first working day of the week. The time taken for this review will not be calculated as part of your 30-day return period.
3. Return your product. After your return request is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Print the label and attach it to the box. Check the carrier on the label and drop off your product/s at your nearest drop off location.Once your return is received and processed by us, you will receive a refund confirmation email within 1-2 weeks. After a product is returned and a refund is issued, it may take up to 14 days for the refund amount to appear on your banking statement. Contact hello@bbhugme.com for any issues.
Please note that we do not accept returns of individual items within the pillow kit. To exchange the product, you will need to return the whole pillow kit, including the inner pillow, the outer cover, the two Pebbles, and the travel bag.
How to submit a claim
If your product arrived faulty or if you are missing a part of your order, please reach out to us at hello@bbhugme.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. After we review your request, we will quickly come back to you with a solution. If the bbhugme product was purchased through one of our retailers, please reach out to your initial point of purchase and they will assist you further.
Please note that when you receive your product, the pillow cover and Pebbles are packed separately from the inner pillow inside the dust bag. Please ensure that you have checked that all parts are included before contacting us about a claim.
Our warranty policy
Our products are designed for daily use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and more. With proper care following the instructions on washing labels and packaging, bbhugme pillows will have a long lifetime. However, normal wear and tear can occur over time.
For products purchased through our web shops, bbhugme warrants the product, in its original packaging, against confirmed defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the time your product was purchased, provided the product is only used for its intended purpose(s).
Please note our guarantee does not cover the items for a) general wear & tear, b) damage to the product due to failure to follow instructions on the product care label, c) stains or spills, d) normal decompression of the microbead filling, or any other normal wear and tear caused by frequent use.
Our warranty is only valid if our products are used properly: Pregnancy Pillows and Nursing Pillows should always be used with a cover. The inner pillows should only be hand washed. Any damage caused by washing the inner pillow in a washing machine will not qualify as a claim.
