User Instructions
- • The bbhugme Pregnancy Pillow is made of three parts: an inner pillow filled with microbeads that hug the pillow to your body, a super-soft outer cover, and two “Pebbles” to secure the cover. When assembling the pillow, pull the cover over the inner pillow and secure with a Pebble at each end.
  
  • Slide the Pebbles to adjust the pillow’s firmness. This adjustability helps you find head-to-toe comfort by supporting your belly, relieving pressure, and improving hip alignment.
  
  • The pillow’s design makes it ideal for side-sleeping, the sleep position often recommended by maternity care providers.
  
  • The pillow can be used in all trimesters for sleeping and relaxing, and offers back support during breastfeeding and postpartum recovery.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Inner Pillow: The inner pillow should never be washed in the washing machine. Removing spots on the inner pillow can be best done with a wet towel.
  Outer Cover: Covers are machine washable (40°C / 104°F). Hang to dry; do not tumble dry.
  Pebbles: The Pebbles can be washed in the dishwasher or with warm water.

I will absolutely be using this post partum. With back pain starting to get worse in the third trimester this has been such a life saver and its super soft as well. Definitely worth every penny!!

Good support

I like that I can put my leg up on it while I sleep. I hate having to move it back and forth under the blanket at night for each leg when I turn over. But it does a good job. I also feel like I have to readjust the firmness.

I could cry

This is the best pillow I have ever used. I sleep with it every night and take it with me on vacations. I’ve tried a lot of different pregnancy pillows and this is the best one by far! I love that you can make it firm or soft depending on how close or far you place the rubber stoppers.

Now to the part where I could cry!! I’m 33 weeks pregnant and let my pillow at the Airbnb!! How am I going to sleep now 😭. We have reached out to the owners to see if we can get it mailed or figure out away for it to come back to me. That is how much I love this pillow!!

While it is still difficult to get comfortable, this pillow has been very helpful! I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and know it will get a lot of use in the next few months.
