To assemble, pull the cover over the inner pillow and slide a Pebble onto each end. Slide the Pebbles to adjust the pillow’s firmness and size. Use the extra fabric at the ends to tie the pillow around your waist and adjust it to your preferred height. This helps relieve neck strain and improve baby’s latch.Can be used in a variety of different nursing positions.

Note: These dimensions are for the inner pillow and may vary slightly due to the microbead filling, which is filled to a degree that allows the pillow to be adjusted. Once fully assembled, the pillow's thickness and length can be adjusted based on your desired level of firmness. 

Do not put the inner pillow in the washing machine. It can be gently cleaned with a wet towel. The outer cover is machine washable on medium heat (40°C).  Hang to dry; do not tumble dry. The Pebbles can be washed in the dishwasher or in the sink with warm water. Store the pillow in the travel bag when not in use.

The bbhugme Nursing Pillow is designed for breastfeeding and bottle-feeding only. Never let your baby sleep with the Nursing Pillow. Supervision is required by an awake, alert adult. Do not use the Nursing Pillow while standing, as this could create a fall risk. Do not unzip the inner pillow or attempt to remove the microbeads, as they can be a choking hazard for children.
